I received my size Large charcoal gray fleece today. Fit is exactly what I needed for use as an over-jacket, or as an extra layer under a winter coat. I am 6'0" and 183# and normally wear a size 16/35 dress shirt. The sleeves are just a bit longer than any of my dress shirts, so no need to worry about sleeve length if you have long arms. There are two side external hand pockets, and only two inside pouches that do not close. A couple of internal zipper pockets would be nice, but not critical... Nice jacket.
